RATE NEGOTIATION
Rate negotiation is something that our dispatchers specialize in. By allowing 1St Rowe Logistics to dispatch for your company, you are trusting us to negotiate load rates on behalf of your company. We do so with diligence by taking into account recent industry fluctuations such as but not limited to diesel fuel prices, market sentiment and type of loads. During the negotiations we use the unknown to our advantage because we know that things change at a moments noticed. Your RPM should also reflect that.
INVOICING/PAPERWORK
Having to focus on getting from one destination to another is a full time job in and of itself. If invoicing is such a tedious and mundane task that you simply do not want to deal with, 1st Rowe Logistics is happy to be your filing cabinet. We will file and organize all the necessary paperwork to ensure that when it is time to submit your invoices and receive payment, it is a simple process. We will send all of our appropriate paperwork directly to you. This is done at the request of our clients for only freight that 1st Rowe Logistics has dispatched for you.
TRIP PLANNING
We understand that no one knows the roads like the drivers who travel them full time. We also understand that hurdles often arise and must be overcome. This can include roads closures, unknown construction, accidents etc. while transporting loads. When these situations inevitably occur, we will work endlessly in finding an alternate route that will still allow the driver to meet the delivery date. In doing so, the driver will have the peace of mind that their dispatcher is working with them along the way and they will not have to figure it all out on their own.
