FLAT BED

Flatbed trailers are heavily used throughout the entire trucking industry. They are best utilized for carrying heavier load that may not be the typical shape and size. Flatbeds are most often seen during oversized loads that deal with equipment, machinery etc. Flatbeds aren’t limited to oversized loads. They can be used in a traditional setting but typically for loads that are not affected from the multiple weather conditions that may be experienced during transport.

DRY VAN

Dry Van trailers are more common among the transportation industry. The loads are often palletized, boxed or even loose freight and not subjected to the adverse weather conditions. The Dry Van trailers differ in sizes but most common are the 53’ long trailers. These type of trailers are commonly used amongst a wide range of shippers throughout the industry.
